Created in 1936, Sharon Woods Lake is best known for its surface bait action for bass throughout the summer and fall. Lake includes a designated bank fishing pier for children, seniors and people with disabilities. Shovelhead and blue catfish were stocked in 2002 and large hybrid bluegills are plentiful. Fishing on Sharon Woods Lake is by rental boat only and electric trolling motors are permitted.
