Just because we get older, doesn’t mean we have to leave the fun behind! Adults can spark their curiosity for the natural world or learn a new recreational skill by participating in one of our programs, some of which are designed specifically for an adult audience. You can try trail running, learn to ride a horse, develop a green thumb and become more aware of the natural world around you all while meeting others with similar interests! Programs are offered year-round at most Great Parks throughout the county. Whatever your age and wherever your interests’ lie, an adventure awaits you at a Great Park!

Do you love local history? What about meeting new people? Great Parks Club is open to adults age 50 or older (companions and helpers can be under 50) with an interest in learning and exploring new places. Participants can bring a buddy or spouse or come solo and make new friends.
