Otto Armleder Memorial Park & Recreation Complex

Bring your four-legged friend for playtime at the dog park and then hit the one-mile trail connector to enjoy the Lunken Airfield Loop.

This 305-acre park features a 10-acre dog park with areas for large and small breeds, a canine shower and drinking fountains. It also features a 1.0-mile paved trail that connects the park's existing 1.9-mile trail to the 5.0-mile Lunken Airfield loop , as well as a playground, reservable soccer fields, river outlook and canoe access to the Little Miami River.

Otto Armleder Memorial Park & Recreation Complex is a joint venture between the Cincinnati Park Board, the Cincinnati Recreation Commission, and Great Parks of Hamilton County. Great Parks maintains the dog park and the Cincinnati Recreation Commission manages the park’s soccer fields and pavilion. Note: The Armleder Trail Connection to Lunken is closed when the Ohio River level is at 38 feet. Otto Armleder Memorial Park closes when the river level is at 42 feet. See the National Weather Service for current and forecasted river levels.

Armleder Dog Park

The 10-acre dog park provides dog owners with a fun place to take their pups to play off-leash. There is an area where dogs of all sizes can play and another area where smaller breeds can play together. There is plenty of shade, places to sit and access to water.

Trails

Otto Armleder Memorial Park features a 1.9-mile paved, shared-use trail that loops around the park as well as a 1.2-mile connector trail that links up to the nearby 5-mile Lunken Airport Playfield Trail.
