General Policies

1. Please enter divisions most appropriate for the abilities of horse and rider.
2. There may be NO cross-entries for the same horse/rider combinations between walk-jog/walk-trot classes and classes including lope/canter (with the exception of the Intro to Canter class).
3. Due to Hamilton Country Park District policy, no pets are permitted on show grounds.
4. NO refunds are permitted.
5. Helmets are required when mounted for all English classes and for all WWRC students.
6. Final interpretation of all rules or conflicts is the sole responsibility of the show management. Show management has the ability to split, combine, or cancel classes at their discretion. Ohio 4-H rules apply, and are enforced at the judges' discretion.

Entry Guidelines

1. Entries will not be accepted unless entry form is properly filled out, and the payment is received in full.
2. WWRC student show registration is available through the Sunday before the show at midnight. Any registrations received after this time will not be accepted. Outside rider registrations received after the Sunday before the show at midnight will be charged $9, instead of $8, per class.
3. Cost is $8 per class, for pre-registrations received at least one week before the show, and for Online registrations. Registrations & add-ons the day of the show are permitted, but classes will cost $9 per class.

Show Agreement

In submitting my entry, I hereby release the Hamilton County Park District, Winton Woods Riding Center, Sponsors, their officers, members and co-sponsors at this show of any claim or right for damages, which may occur to me or my horses. I also assume and accept full responsibility for any damagers done by me or my horse at this show. I also agree to abide by all the rules and guidelines established by the Winton Woods Riding Center while on HCPD property.
