The Hamilton County Park District’s Great Parks Catering can cater business meetings, receptions, rehearsal dinners and other special events. Delicious menu selections range from prime rib or steak dinners to hors d’oeuvres and business luncheons to family-style grill outs.

Great Parks Catering provides linen table covering and serves meals with china and silver place settings at no additional charge at the banquet centers.The banquet centers offer a variety of premium liquors as well as house wines and domestic beers.

Breakfast Selections:

Prices include orange juice, apple juice, coffee and/or hot tea. Linens and china are included at the Banquet Centers, paperware at other locations.

Sunrise Breakfast - $12.00 per person
Scrambled eggs, maple-cured bacon, sausage links, hash browns, biscuits, sausage gravy, pastries, mini bagels with cream cheese and fresh fuit salad.

Continental Breakfast - $7.95 per person
Assorted mini donuts, danish, muffins, mini bagels with cream cheese and fresh fruit salad.

Low fat yogurt cup - $1.50 per person

Lunch Selections:

Available from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Prices include soft drinks, iced tea and bottled water. Served on linen and china at the Banquet Centers, paperware at other locations. Vegetarian lunch choices are also available, please ask. Note that our grilled selections are also available for lunch at all locations.

Farm Fresh Salad Bar - $9.25 per person
Chicken and tuna salads along with potato salad and pasta salad, crisp garden greens, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, green peppers, red onions, cheddar cheese, croutons and bacon bits, ranch and Italian dressing. Served with rolls, butter and gourmet cookies.

The Deli Platter Buffet - $9.25 per person
Sliced baked ham, roasted turkey breast and roast beef, pasta and red skin potato salad, Swiss and American cheese, assorted breads, lettuce, tomatoes and condiments. Served with potato chips and seasonal fresh fruit salad.

Chicken BLT Club Boxed Lunch - $9.00 per person
Tender grilled chicken breast with bacon, lettuce, tomato and Swiss cheese on a kaiser roll served warm or cold, with a bag of potato chips, fresh fruit salad and a gourmet cookie.

The Working Boxed Lunch - $7.75 per person
Choice of thinly sliced ham or turkey piled high on a kaiser roll, garnished with lettuce, tomato and cheese, plus a bag of potato chips, pasta salad or fresh fruit salad and a gourmet cookie.

Meeting Planner Package - $22.65 per person
Served on linen and china at the Banquet Centers, plasticware at other locations. Includes unlimited canned soft drinks, bottled water, coffee and iced tea.

Pre-Meeting: Mini muffins, mini danish, bagels and cream cheese, coffee, apple and orange juice.
Mid-Morning Break: Fresh whole fruit and granola bars.

Grilled Selection Pricing Levels

Drop Off - For our guests on a budget, we offer our grilled selections to be delivered to yoru reserved location. The food is grilled at our banquet center and then delivered hot and fresh at the time you wish. Paperware and condiments are all provided. Beverages are not included. Available at the lodges picnic areas only.

Grilled On-Site - Our catering staff will grill your meal at your location at the time you specify. We provide setup, paperware and condiments. Beverages are not included and clean up is the responsibility of the guest. Available at the lodges and picnic areas only.

Grand Picnic - Let us do the work for you! Canned beverages and bottled water are included for a three hour period, along with two gourmet cookies for each of your guests. We provide setup, paperware, condiments, cleanup, linens on the buffet tables and appropriate event staffing. Food is grilled and served on site. Once served, staff will leave and come back to clean up and pick up beverage coolers at end of picnic.
