Volunteer

  • The Hamilton County Park District relies on many dedicated individuals who donate their time and talents to the Park District.
  • Volunteers-In-Parks, Inc. (VIPs) assist with a variety of projects that would otherwise not be possible without their help.
  • VIPs help staff the Visitor Centers and assist with nature projects such as the prairie plant nursery, biological stream monitoring and trail maintenance.
  • VIPs play an essential role in the daily operation of Nature's Niche Gift & Book Shops, the "Wedding Setting" and Highwood Lodge at Withrow Nature Preserve.
  • VIPs assist with the Park District's large special events and Naturalist programs.

  1. Vineyard Golf Course: Tournament Spotter, Water Cooler & Survey Team.
  2. Wedding Setting at Withrow Nature Preserve.
