Join the Naturalist for this program all about planting native plants in your garden and why it’s such a great idea. Also learn how to attract hummingbirds and butterflies while creating habitat for other species.
Flower Fiesta

May flowers are here! Join the Naturalist for a fiesta that is all about flowers! We will play some flower games, sing some flower songs and learn about the wildflowers that are blooming around southern Ohio in May. We will go on a hike to the field and through the forest to see some of these flowers up close. Afterwards, make a flower bouquet for Mother’s Day that will never get old and dry!
Dolls for Moms & Daughters

Register for this fun mother and daughter workshop to make a depression era ragdoll. Due to the complexity of this craft, this program is recommended for ages 10 and up. Cost is $10 and the deadline to register is April 25.

Historic Cabin and Schoolhouse Opening Day

Join us for the season opening of the 1795 house and the historic stone school building. Today we will have candle dipping for the kids and light refreshments available. These buildings will be open Sundays from 2-5 pm May through September.
