Camping - Steamboat Bend Campground

camper parked next to the riverThe Hamilton County Park District’s newest campground, Steamboat Bend is conveniently located in 1,030 acre Woodland Mound on the east side of Cincinnati near the intersection of Route 52 and Nine Mile Road. Only 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati and five minutes from the Riverbend Music Center, this beautiful campground sits on the shores of the scenic Ohio River and features 55 tree-lined campsites, many with a panoramic view. Each site features water and 30 amp electric hookups, picnic table and fire ring. There is also a sanitary dump station located within the campground for registered campers use. Camping at Steamboat Bend is permitted only for self-contained trailers or recreational vehicles with paid, advance reservations. Rentals are available on a monthly or weekly basis. Telephone and cable hookups are available on each site by contracting with the local service providers. Nightly rentals and first-come, first-served rentals are not available at this time.

Reservations
Weekly rentals are $120, monthly rentals are $360 and seasonal rentals are $2160. Telephone or in-person reservations are accepted at the Winton Woods Campground Office (513-851-2267). All reservations may be paid for at the time that they are placed. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. If you prefer, reservations may also be held on a tentative basis for seven days. Once payment is received, the reservation is considered confirmed. If time allows, campers will receive a written confirmation of their reservation. Payment must be received at least 48 hours prior to check-in time for any tentative reservation placed less than one week in advance of the arrival date. Please be aware that camping fees cannot be refunded. Monthly campers may pay their camping fee one month at a time. Monthly rental fees are due seven days prior to the beginning of the next monthly period. Weekly campers can only be assigned a specific campsite within two weeks prior to their check-in date.

Directions
From I-275, take the Route 52 exit and proceed east on Route 52 to the intersection of Nine Mile Road. Steamboat Drive will be located on the right and leads to the campground entrance.
