Cancellation Policy
The Winton Woods Riding Center, as a department of the Hamilton County Park District, has a strict no refunds policy. We do not cancel programs due to weather except in extreme circumstances, in which you will be notified in advance by our office. The Riding Center is equipped with Thorguard, an extreme weather detection system that sounds a siren if strong thunderstorms and/or lightning are heading to our area. If Thorguard sounds a warning, activities will be moved indoors.
