Ready for a backpacking adventure, but not sure you’re up for the challenge? Trek alongside certified instructors to prepare your mind and body for the backpacking season. Hike the trails with a weighted backpack while building community, strength and endurance. Sign up for the full series package and receive a Great Parks beanie!

Dip into the revitalizing power of cold water immersion as you dip into Campbell Lakes with a certified Cold Water Therapy Coach. Explore the scientific principles, practical techniques and mindfulness of cold exposure. Find out how this activity enhances physical recovery, builds mental resilience and promotes overall wellbeing. This program runs rain, snow or shine. Note: This program is physically demanding and intended for individuals in good health. Guests living with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, poor circulation, venous stasis or cold agglutinin disease should not participate. If you have concerns or questions, please consult with a medical professional before registering.
