Experience the serenity of water while practicing gentle, yoga-inspired movements. With a harmonious blend of stretching and breathing, find balance and tranquility on a paddleboard while connecting with nature. Participants must properly fit into the provided life jackets and not exceed the 250-lb. weight limit. All equipment is provided.
