Explore the scientific principles, practical techniques and mindfulness of cold exposure. Find out how this activity enhances physical recovery, builds mental resilience and promotes overall wellbeing. This program runs rain, snow or shine. Note: This program is physically demanding and intended for individuals in good health. Guests living with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, poor circulation, venous stasis or cold agglutinin disease should not participate. If you have concerns or questions, please consult with a medical professional before registering.
