Long considered the “Gateway to Golf,” Meadow Links offers a variety of lesson programs for golfers of all abilities. Newcomers will enjoy the Welcome to Golf Orientation, a free one-hour program that features a tour of the nationally recognized facility and information about all of the lesson programs. The Spring Refresher classes are a great way to kick start the season. Sessions of Beginning Golf I and II, as well as Intermediate Golf, are offered several times throughout the season. It’s time to play better golf!

Adult Lessons

At Meadow Links, the focus on instruction begins with the junior golfer. Free junior clinics introduce novices to the game and prepare them for Junior Golf I, a three-week session where students learn the fundamentals of golf. The Junior Golf Academy provides summer long instruction, including thirty sessions offered at various times and days. The three and four-day classes provide more in-depth instruction and are excellent preparation for playing with junior high and high school golf teams.

Private lessons for the beginner offer a personalized way of learning the proper fundamentals of the swing, techniques for various shot and information on how to play the game. For the more experienced player, our PGA professionals will analyze your swing, focusing on problem areas and demonstrating techniques to improve all aspects of your game. Playing lessons are conducted on the golf course, focusing on course management, rules etiquette, care of the course, club selection and shot selection. FlightScope Lesson

FlightScope golf lessons help golfers improve their impact awareness by providing precise information to improve their game. This state-of-the-art technology provides golfers with detailed information on their golf swing and the flight of the golf ball after impact. FlightScope uses Dop­pler Radar to record 3D data on club path, face angle and angle of attack. It also records data on golf ball flight, measuring distance and trajectory of shots. FlightScope Complete Combine

The FlightScope Complete Combine will test your distance and accuracy to 28 targets, measuring for length and proximity of accuracy. The combine features a representation of shots encountered on the course during any given round. Analyze your accuracy with wedges, approach shots and woods. Targets and distances are generated based on individual skill and experience level. The combine test can also identify equipment issues. Compare your results to PGA Tour averages on shots of varying distances. Compete against friends or see how your skills compare to players around the world on global leaderboards. • Average distance from the pin at each target
• Average drive distance
• Average offline for drivers
