Welcome to Great Parks of Hamilton County’s school program offerings for the 2022–2023 school year! We’re bringing the best of nature to you, wherever your classroom may be.
Great Parks is offering you and your students both virtual and in-person school programming.
All programs address Ohio’s Learning Standards and respective content statements for kindergarten through eighth grade. See our listings below for year-round programs and topics that are already created for specific subjects and age groups. If you don’t see a program that meets your educational needs, contact us. Parks in the Classroom and Virtual Programs

Programs specifically designed for homeschool students take place in the spring and fall at Miami Whitewater Forest, Winton Woods and Woodland Mound. Topics, dates and times vary with the season.
Homeschool groups are also welcome to email us to book a private program.
Great Parks Nature Center at The Summit
Hang out at our nature center in Roselawn! Great Parks Nature Center at The Summit provides opportunities to connect you to nature through hands-on crafts, nature-themed activities and live animal experiences.
