Miami Whitewater Forest Campground

For a quiet, scenic spot to relax and set up camp, visit Miami Whitewater Forest Campground. Located 30 minutes northwest of downtown Cincinnati, this campground is set back in a wooded area on more than 4,000 acres in Miami Whitewater Forest within walking distance to a harbor and 85-acre lake. Each of the 46 sites is equipped with 30 amp electric hookups, picnic table and fire ring. A newly renovated shower building, playground and dump station are also located within the campground.

Winter camping is available. The shower house, water hydrants, and dump station are closed until April 15.

    Miami Whitewater Forest visitor center will reopen for the 2025 season on March 7, 2025. The Visitor Center will be open for special events and programs.

    Up to four sites can be reserved at a time.

    *Miami Whitewater Forest offers winter camping with limited amenities. The shower house, water hydrants and dump station will be closed until April 15. The price is reduced to $38/night. We do not accept walk-in reservations, or first-come, first-served camping. An online reservation will be required for winter camping. Please contact the campground office at 513-851-2267 or 513-367-4774 for further information.

    Check-in: Please do not arrive earlier than 2 p.m.
    Check-out: Campers must vacate their site by noon on the date shown on their site tag.

    Armed Forces rate 10% discount

    Armed Forces rates are valid Sunday−Thursday, except holidays.
