Take your pick of primitive tent camping sites, rustic cabins or pull-through or full hook-up RV spots. Whether you’re looking for a weekend retreat or just an overnight experience with family, Great Parks campgrounds are the place for you. Campgrounds are located at Lake Isabella, Miami Whitewater Forest and Winton Woods.

Lake Isabella Campground is comprised of 24 primitive tent sites located in the beautiful, shaded grove of trees adjacent to the Little Miami River canoe/kayak launch and within walking distance to the playground and Lake Isabella boathouse. Each site features a picnic table, and groups of four campsites will share a communal fire ring.

For a quiet, scenic spot to relax and set up camp, visit Miami Whitewater Forest Campground. Located 30 minutes northwest of downtown Cincinnati, this campground is set back in a wooded area on more than 4,000 acres in Miami Whitewater Forest within walking distance to a harbor and 85-acre lake. Each of the 46 sites is equipped with 30 amp electric hookups, picnic table and fire ring. A newly renovated shower building, playground and dump station are also located within the campground.

Winton Woods Campground is set in a pine grove alongside Winton Woods Lake and is within easy walking distance of Winton Woods Harbor, and the boathouse, snack bar and wet playground. The campground is located approximately 20 minutes north of downtown Cincinnati and 30 minutes south of Kings Island amusement park.
Seeking a rustic overnight camping experience for your crew? Great Parks’ primitive group camps are available for families, friends and organized youth groups, such as Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, YMCA, United Way agencies, churches, community organizations or schools.
Halloween Creepy Campouts
Creepy Campouts at Winton Woods Campground have been a Halloween tradition for more than 30 years. Families, come enjoy one last camping weekend of the year. This not-so-spooky event is a chance to create memories that will last a lifetime. Take part in activities each weekend, including trick-or-treating and contests for Best Jack-o’-Lantern and Best Decorated Campsite.
Registration for 2022 Creepy Campouts will open on Monday, November 1, 2021 at 9 a.m. All Creepy Campout reservations must be made online. No reservations accepted at the campground office or by phone until 10 a.m.
Reserve your site for the Halloween Creepy Campouts by booking Friday night only. Select the Friday of the weekend you want as your arrival date and Saturday as your departure date. You will automatically be reserved for Friday & Saturday night. Do not put Sunday as your departure date.

Memorial Day & Labor Day Weekend
You can now reserve all three nights of Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend. To reserve your weekend, call the Winton Woods Campground Office 513-851-2267 one year in advance from the Friday of these weekends.
Multi-day reservations for these holiday weekends are a mandatory three-night stay; no exceptions. Payment is due in full at the time the reservation is made.
You are not able to make these reservations online. The Winton Woods Campground office is open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
